Best way to get help

  • Product, playback, or account help. Sign in and open Feedback from your dashboard. The reply lands in your Activity tab, and we aim to reply within 48 hours — it's the fastest route because it's tied to your account.
  • Playback or EPG issue. Start with why channels buffer or freeze, which covers the common causes. If it persists, note the playlist name, affected channel or group, approximate time, and which browser you used.
  • Privacy, data export, or deletion. Sign in with your key, then open Settings → Delete or Export. No email needed — your key is your identity. If you can't sign in, write to the address above.

Programme guide FAQ

  • What guide data does twiga fetch? Only public broadcast schedules for your own channels — names, titles, air times, descriptions. No credentials, history, or identity, and nothing pooled with other users.
  • Can I opt out? There's no pool to opt out of — your guide is built only from your own sources' public schedule data, fetched over Tor, and never mixed with anyone else's.
  • Why is some guide data missing? Coverage depends on what your own sources publish; some channels carry little or no schedule data. Nothing is filled in from other users.
twiga does not provide channels or bundled subscriptions. Support covers twiga Player, the service layer, account access, playback, and metadata handling for user-managed sources.
