The wire under what you already pay for.

twiga Player plays the live IPTV channels from sources you already pay for. Your account seals the credentials with a key only you hold, routes the streams through our VPN exits, and fetches your TV guide over Tor. We don't sell channels, and we don't play movies or series — live channels only.

What twiga is

Account-based software. Your provider login is sealed in your browser with a key only you hold (AES-256-GCM), so at rest the server stores only ciphertext — opened in server memory while you watch, then wiped. It fetches your playlist and guide, routes the stream bytes through our VPN exits, and the player (the web player today; a TV app is in development) talks only to your twiga account.

Your provider never sees your IP. Your ISP sees encrypted traffic to twiga.tv. We see bytes we can't decode.

What twiga is not

  • Not a content provider. We don't sell, license, schedule, or curate channels. You bring your own.
  • Not a broadcaster. The streams are yours and your provider's. We don't claim them.
  • Not a consumer VPN app. We don't install a VPN client on your device — no profile, no kernel extension, no daemon.
  • Not a circumvention tool. We don't crack DRM, scrape feeds, or share streams between users.
  • Not a card-metered subscription. Free during the beta; after the beta you pay in Monero from your own wallet — no card, no bank, no ID, and no stored link between the payment and your account.

How the model works

01 — You bring the source

Paste an M3U URL or Xtream login. Sources you already pay for and are authorized to use.

02 — We encrypt and route

Credentials sealed in AES-256-GCM. Streams exit through our VPN — your provider sees twiga, not you. Guide over Tor.

03 — The player connects

The web player today (a TV app is in development). Reads your account, plays your channels. Your login passes through the browser once, to be sealed — after that the player works from per-session URLs.
